Adella

There isn't enough room in this web site to say all that there is to say about Adella.
She is sweet, smart, has a little bit of I'm a princess attitude. When it rains she heads for the shelter. She is almost always the only alpaca dry when it rains.
Adella also is the Auntie Alpaca to all the crias.
Adella fleece is dense, crimpy and has a wonderful handle.

Adella has produced solid black, solid white and now solid very light fawn, and Red Brown.

Adella is bred to Patches O Hoolihan for a summer 2010 cria.

Junio Peruvian Beluga

Beluga is a goodsize Alpaca. She is very fine fleeced and shears large weights. She sheared 8.1 lbs total weight in 2003, 3.7 lbs in the blanket. Her fleece is evenly crimpy and has an incredible sheen. She has perfect confirmation.
Her Microns to date:
2000; 16.9, SD 3.5, CV 20.7, %>30 .4
2003 22.6, SD 4.1, CV 18.1, %>30 3.4

Belugas bloodlines are impressive. Belugas Dam, Sheebah, who consistenly shears 10lbs, is Sired by Pperuvian Ruffo, who sold for $150,000. Her Dam is Peruvian Fawna the #1 pick from the 1993 Peruivan import.
Her Sire Tocto has also consistently shorn 10 lbs of fleece.Tocto was Sired by Accoyo Peruvian Yupanqui, the #1 pick of the 1996 importation.

Beluga is bred to Ebony Prince for a May 06 cria. Everytime we breed Beluga to a black herdsire we get Roan or Light Brown. Since Ebony has 2 grey parents.... should be exciting. This is Ronaldo Bean, Belugas 06 cria. We are so happy with this little alpaca that we are repeating this breeding.

Merlot

Merlots coloring is stunning. She glows red when the sun hits her. Her color is a purple/reddish brown. This is amazing considering she is from 2 fawn parents. Her fleece is extremely dense, and has incredible handle. Hand spinners love her fleece. 2003 she sheared 7.1 lbs total and 2.9 blanket. Her neck fiber is so fine and long that I have it made into yarn just like the blanket. She probably could have sheared more but she was extremely difficult to shear this year. Hormonal I would guess since she was shorn 1 week after giving birth.

She is a very good mother with plenty of milk. Sienna has gained almost 1 lb a day since birth. She is bred to Erik the Red, a Grandson to the Highest selling male alpaca Royal Fawn for a June 2006 cria.
